1. Definitions
- “Product(s)” – Refers to the application, licensed software, or any item sold on our online store.
- “You”, “Your”, “User” – Refers to the end-user viewing and reading this page.
- “Use” and “Using” – Describes your use of the product, by either downloading, installing, activating, or running the product.
- “Agreement” – Refers to this document.
2. Information and Product Use
- Your information is kept on a secure network to protect your data.
- Third parties may request access to your information, provided they meet our security requirements.
- Illegal product use (e.g., selling copyrighted works, threatening content) breaches this agreement. Misconduct should be reported to [email protected] with proof.
3. Third Parties and Security
- Hosting products on any Virtual Private Server (VPS) or online server is allowed.
- You are responsible for ensuring any third party with access to your hosting follows this agreement.
- Suspected breaches must be reported to Project Phil.
- Support is provided through our Discord community, though only our official support team can provide verified advice.
- Products can only be used by the purchaser for their own projects/businesses. Use for external purposes (e.g., hosting your friend’s store) is not permitted unless otherwise authorized.
4. Product Alterations
- Editing product contents is allowed if it complies with this agreement.
- License system integration must not be modified, altered, or removed.
5. Distributing Products
- Redistribution of any product without written permission from Project Phil is prohibited, except through VPS or server hosting tied to your account.
6. Agreement and Service Availability
- This agreement must remain in its original form and always accompany the product.

7. Product Credits and Authors
- Removing credits from product files is prohibited.
- Additional author credits may be listed on the product store page.
- Do not take credit for any Project Phil product.
8. Payments and Refunds
- We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe (card transactions).
- Refund requests must meet the following conditions:
- Full refunds: Request within 14 days of purchase.
- Partial refunds: Available within 30 days of purchase.
- Upon refund approval, the product will be removed from your account and access will be revoked.
9. Product Warranty and Gain
- Products must not be exploited for personal, financial, or commercial gain.
- Responsibility for damages caused by product misuse rests solely with the user. Support is provided as needed.
10. Agreement Violations
- Violations may result in service termination, loss of access, and license key removal.
- Accounts found in violation may be banned, disabled, or deleted.
